Product Overview
The RL Series Intelligent Busway consists of our RL Series busway integrated with the RIMD Distribution Network Intelligent Online Monitoring System. It monitors and controls the operational status of starter boxes and plugs within the busway enclosure (comprehensive power measurement: voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, active energy, reactive energy; 1st to 31st harmonics; temperature; humidity; leakage current; digital inputs; digital outputs, etc.). It continuously or periodically measures the temperature of busway connectors, providing comprehensive evaluation, display, and early warning of the monitored parameters. This enables management personnel to gain a complete, objective understanding of the power system, reduce power operation failures, and achieve optimal operation and maintenance outcomes.
The RL Series Intelligent Busway is a safe, reliable, compact, efficient, and customizable low-voltage power transmission solution. It can fully replace traditional low-voltage busways, saving time and space for users and installers. Additionally, the busway adopts a typical sandwich structure with compact conductor arrangement and integral heat dissipation, which further reduces its own power loss and voltage drop.

R Series Intelligent Busway System Application Scenarios
R Series Intelligent Busway Connector Temperature Measurement Module: This module is primarily responsible for collecting and transmitting the operating temperature data of the intelligent busway connector units for phases A, B, C, and N. When the operating temperature of a low-voltage busway connector unit exceeds the normal range or becomes abnormal due to busway overloading or other factors, it can promptly issue a fault alarm signal, ensuring the busway operates safely over the long term.
